Brands that make perfumes like Creed and Chanel don’t make fragrance oil. so these are not original or decants. fragrance oil is a different thing than perfumes
But it’s safe to use on your skin. don’t worry about that

what are concentrated perfumes?
These are attar, based on the fragrance of the original perfumes. will they smell exactly the same? Obviously Not. That makes them cheaper in price. Do Gucci or Armani originally made them? They don’t make attar! So obviously these are not original in that sense
